🇰🇪 Kenya eTA Documents Checklist

Please provide digital copies (JPEG or PDF) of the following items to proceed with your application:

Passport Details

  • Bio-Data Page: A clear color scan or photo of the page with your picture and personal details.
  • Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date and have at least one blank page.

Personal Identification

  • Recent Photo: A digital passport-style color photo or a clear "selfie" taken against a plain white background.
  • Contact Info: Your current residential address, phone number, and email address.

Travel Itinerary

  • Flight Confirmation: A copy of your airline booking showing arrival and departure flight numbers and dates.
  • Accommodation Proof:
  • • If staying in a hotel: A copy of your hotel booking confirmation.
    • If staying with a host: A signed Invitation Letter from your host, plus a copy of their Kenyan ID, Passport, or Alien Card.

Health & Other (If Applicable)

  • Yellow Fever Certificate: Required only if you are traveling from or have transited through an endemic country.
  • Business/Conference: An invitation letter from the Kenyan company or the conference organizers.

Important Application Notes

Timeline: Processing typically takes 3 working days. It is recommended to apply at least 2 weeks before your trip.
Validity: Once approved, you must enter Kenya within 90 days of the issuance date.
Fees: The official government fee is approximately $34 USD (including processing fees) per person, including infants. Our professional assistance fee is separate and communicated during consultation.
